The Brand Theatre Wins the Branding of Sky Blue Airlines


The Brand Theatre has won the Branding & Strategic Brand Communication of Indian Regional Airline Sky Blue. Scope of work includes brand research, mapping out the brand blueprint, brand strategy brand identity design (logo, stationery, signage, collaterals, aircraft design, uniforms etc), website, corporate video/corporate kit and an Internal Branding Program.

Also in the pipeline will be a Strategic Brand Building Campaign using both above and below the line tools namely a Launch Event, Roadshows, Guerrilla and Ambient Marketing campaign, Advertising Campaign and a Direct Marketing campaign as well as a Customer Experience Management process to be implemented for the airline using The Brand Theatre’s proprietary CEM process.

The Brand Theatre offers 2 solid propriety brand measurement tools. Brand Performa™ and Brandlove tracker™ which is two of the most advance and comprehensive research tools on the world. In broad terms Brand Performa is designed to measure the customers and employees insights, loyalty, satisfaction and brand experience in the 4 areas of Market Dynamics, Brand Equity analysis, Customer Experience analysis and Brand Experience Analysis while Brandlove tracker is a qualitative tool to understand and gain insights the Customer’s Relationship with a Brand.

The Brand measurement process involves a system is fun for participants, thanks to a user-friendly interface that is also capable of carrying research content such as images, mpegs, print ads and TVCs. According to The Brand Theatre Brand Research Strategist,  Roger Perowne, the system allows business managers to monitor their brand's performance at any stage in the customer journey. In-house researchers design the surveys, analyse the results and prepare reporting structures.     Why Internal Branding?


 Part of The Brand’s Theatre’s offerings is to offer a comprehensive Internal Branding Process which aligns the internal Brand with the External Brand. This trademark process takes you through a 5 stage process which we call the Internal Brand DNA.  Most companies have spent days sometimes weeks developing their "marketing message." Examining and experimenting with taglines, images and logos. There is however an area that is almost always forgotten in the planning phase of a new company or the restructuring of an old company. That area is training staff to understand and reflect their message and brand.

Truth is marketing starts from the inside out. Do your employees believe in your product and the services that you offer? Are they standing 100% behind you in the mission of your brand? Are they living your brand? It is important that your employees are informed and involved in new initiatives and strategies that are taking place within your company. If your staff is unable or unwilling to support your marketing efforts it can have detrimental results.

How can we begin your internal branding campaign within your company? Using our Internal Brand DNA Process, we start by Defining your brand using our Brand Discovery Workshop, followed by measuring the brand internally with our proprietary brand measurement tools. This is followed by communicating the brand to key employees to act as Brand Advocates in our Brand Champions Workshop. The last stage involves engaging every employee to Live the Brand to the fullest in what we call the “Live the Brand Workshop.”
